MPS 12 days of Christmas color challenge

This is what I came up with for this challenge. For this A2 card I used the Birthday Bash Cricut cartridge and cut the ice cream at 3 inches. I used DCWV glitter paper pack, The Green Tea stack, and The Street Lace cardstock stack for this card. I used black cardstock and used my Cuttlebug to emboss it. I used my Irock and put on these cute little jewels on the bottom corner.

These blocks were a birthday gift for my Mom. I bought the 3' blocks from Stampin Up. I covered each side with a different "themed" paper. I cut out the letters at 2' using the Hannah Montana Cricut cartridge. I cut the heart on Be Mine and the spider on Spooky using the Doodlecharms Cricut cartridge. I cut them at 2' also.

Wooden Letter K

I made this for my niece for Christmas. I covered the letter K with turquoise paper from DCWV the Street Lace.  Kylee is cut at 2' using the Hannah Montana Cricut cartridge, white card stock and DCWV The Green Tea Stack. I used the Rock Princess Cricut cartridge to cut the skull at 4'.

Lady Bug Card

Using an A2 card I cut the black cardstock at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, DCWV Citrus matstack I cut the red/white cardstock at 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 and used white ribbon. For the Ladybug I used Create a Critter Cricut cartridge and cut the lady bug at 4 inches. I used black cardstock to cut out the lady bug, dark pink for layer 1, and red for layer 2 of the lady bug. I stamped Happy Birthday and this is the finished product.

Magician card

This card was made for one of my son's friends birthdays. I think this is my favorite card I have made so far.  I cut the magician at 3.5" using my Paper Doll Dress Up Cricut cartridge.  I used stickles to decorate the hat and I used my Mini Monograms to cute the K. I embossed the blue background using my dots Cuttlebug folder.

PKS Challenge #40

I used the DCWV 12x12 neutrals cardstock stack and The Guy stack. I cut the turkey at 3" using the Create a Critter Cricut cartridge. I used the Martha Stewart hole punch and green leaf embossed paper behind/above the turkey's head.

Food Theme Project

For this challenge I made this card using Doodlecharms cricut cartridge and 6" x 12" paper pack. I cut the apple at 3" using red and green paper from Stampin Up. I used brown stickles for the stem and green for the accent. I stitched the white with my gel excel pen. I used a red craft ink pad from Stampin Up and stamped the Best Teacher using an imaginisce stamp. This will be a perfect card for my daughters teacher. Hope you enjoy.

Polka Dot Challenge

I thought I would kill two birds with one stone with this card. I made this card for a friends baby shower and thought I would also use it for the Throwback Thursday Polka Dots challenge. I used the cuttle bug to emboss the polka dots background, blue cardstock from Stampin Up (not sure of the exact color), white ribbon, blue brads for the buttons on  the babies pj's, cut the baby at 3" using the Stretch Your Imagination Cricut cartridge, I cut the pj's and the BOY out at 1.5" using the Celebrations Cricut cartridge and the Doodlecharms 6" x 12" paper pack from Cricut, and finally stamped the face using the PKS everyday character faces and a black Stampin Up stamp pad. I used my Stampin Up Watercolor pencils to color the cheeks and eyes. Added a little yellow stickles for the hair.

Halloween lolipop's

I wanted to make some kind of a "treat" for my daughter to take to class for her classmates. This is what we came up with. Usind the Cricut cartridge Everyday Paper Doll Dress Up. The pumpking and ghost were cut at 4 inches. My daughter helped and put adhesive on both sides of the blow pop. I used glue dots to adhere the eyes on the ghosts and my daughter used a black pen to give just a little color to the ghosts. I used black ink and stamped the faces on the Pumpkin using Peachy Keen Stamps pumpkin faces. These are simple and cute all in one.

"Animal" Themed card

I made this card using a white A2 card. I cut out the mouse at 3" using the Create a Critter Cricut cartridge. The background I used from the DCWV Citrus matstack. I used pop dots from Stampin Up to add to the mouse and the prima flowers. I then stamped "Hi" from the Happy Messages Stampendious stamps.

Sweet friend card

I made this Sweet card for a friend of mine that takes my kids too and from school so that I can work. She does it and doesn't ask for anything in return. She is such a wonderful person. I wanted to let her know how much I appreciate all that she does for me. I used this cute cupcake ribbon I found at Micheal's for a buck. I cut out the Sweet using the Cricut cartridge Create a Critter. I used my Cuttlebug with the swirls embossing folder on the dark pink carstock background.

Spider card

This card was made for my daughters teacher. She made some candy and wanted to take a card with it. This spider was made with the Cricut cartirdge Doodlecharms.  The green striped paper is from the DCWV The Guy Sack.  I used black gross grain ribbon and a hello stamp with a black stamp pad from Stampin Up. Simple yet cute.

Halloween candy bags

I made these candy bags for my "special" kids at work.  I used a clear bag and added 3 pieces of candy. I cut black cardstock at 5 inches wide by 4 inches high. I folded the cardstick in half and used the wet paint Martha Stewart punch. I stapled the cardtock to the bag and used a piece of green cardstock to cover the fron to of the staples. I then cut out the pumpkins using the Cricut Doodlecharms cartridge. I stamped the face with Peachy Keen Pumpkin face stamps and then used a little bit of Cinnamon Stickles on the stem. I hope they like this. It was super fast and easy.

The letter M for Megan

I bought this wooden letter M for my daughter and then used Modge Podge and a sponge applicator to apply the modge podge. I covered this with a piece of scrap material. I put 3 coats of modge podge on and let them try for 24 hours. I then cut out the white letters using my Cricut cartridge Doodletype. I applied the letters using Stampin Up dimmensionals.  Attached the flowers using dimmensionals also bought some hooks for the back of the M to hang on the wall and voila this is the finished product.

Make Up Vanity and chair

I have been wanting a make up vanity but could not find one that I just had to have so I found this chair at Goodwill for $5. It was cream with a tan colored cushion. I stripped it down and recovered it with new material and semi gloss paint. I then made a skirt for the table so that I would have storage under the table without it looking too unorganized (haha). I bought a 4 foot fold up table at Walmart for $30 used some sticky velcro and attached the skirt to the table. This is the finished product. I was very proud of myself considering I am not a very good sewer.
