Happy Birthday Popcorn Bear

This card image and paper I printed from the Popcorn the Bear Birthday Collection CD from Crafter's Companion. This CD is so awesome. It has so many images, papers, & ideas that you can print with this computer. I am entering this card in the September Sketch Challenge over at One Crazy Stamper.

Friends to the End

Another day of using my dusted off Imagine. I am in LOVE with this machine. I love this image from Better Together cartridge. This card was made to enter into the Let's Face it Friday - Sunshine challenge over at Peachy Keen Stamps. For this challenge you had to use PKS faces and a sun in it. I decided I would make the sun a happy sun using my PKS faces.

Slugs and snails...

...and puppy dog's tails!

I wanted to share my project from Crafter's Companion Blog.  For my project I wanted to try something out of my comfort zone and make this photo album. I thought it went well with the adorable SWALK stamp.

Here is the first two pages of the album. I used DCWV Baby Boy stack for this album.

This is one of my favorite two pages in the album. I used glossy accents on the turtle just to give is some dimension. I didn't show every page but I think you get the idea.

  • DCWV - Baby Boy Stack
  • Distress Ink - Vintage Photo
  • Cricut Cartridge - Once Upon A Princess
  • Inkssentials - Glossy Accents
  • Stampin Up - Watercolor Pencils
  • Colorbok Chipboard Book

Happy Birthday with a Cherry on Top

Today I felt like dusting off my Imagine and putting it to use. I am entering this card in to Mojo Monday 208 Challenge, Monday Challenge #26, & Challenge Me Monday #79.

For the inside of the card I used some of the same paper I printed on my Imagine and used an extra cherry. I hate a plain card. :)

  • Distress Ink - Old Paper
  • My Creative Time stamps - Wow So Many Candles!
  • Cricut Imagine Cartridge - Imagine More Cartridge

Popcorn the Bear Birthday Bag

The bag and rosette was made using the Vintage Paper Rosettes SVG Kit from I've been wanting to make something using this kit and I decided I would use it for this challenge over at Celebrate the Occasion  - Challenge 31.

I used Popcorn the Bear Birthday Collection CD-ROM for the image. This CD is great because you can print out matching paper or you can print images. So many different ones to choose from and can even get project ideas with directions.

Fall Pumpkins

Good afternoon. I don't have very many Fall/Thanksgiving decorations for my house so I thought I would try my hand and these. I am entering these into this weeks challenge over at My Craft Spot.

I used my hot glue gun and glued the leaves on the pumpkin in random places and sizes all over the pumpkins. After the glue cooled down I used some stickles in different colors in random places all over the pumpkins.

For these cards I used my new stamp set, Small Talk from My Creative Time. I like how you can use up the scraps that you have left over. I also wanted to use my embellishments that match this paper from DCWV.

Spooky House

This spooky house was a little work for me because I couldn't figure out if I wanted to add some more to it or not. I used the SVG file from, called Elmhurst Hollow. It really was allot of fun. I think I am going to put it on my kitchen table.

I love how the pumpkin in the window looks scary.

The bat looks like he is flying away from the house. My husband gave me some wire he had in the garage. I hot glued them on to the house.

  • DCWV - The Ghosts & Goblins Stack
  • Distress Ink - black soot
  • Stickles - yellow, brown, & gunmetal

Sixth Grade Scrapbook Page

This is an 8x8 scrapbook page of my beautiful daughter. She started middle school this year (6th, 7th, &  8th grade).  I wanted to show use this new stack I bought the other day from DCWV and I also entered this into the September Stack-holic Challenge over at DCWV.  I usually put at least 3 pictures on a page but for this challenge it was only one and I thought I would make a page just for her. I really love the colors and my daughters favorite color is green so I wanted to use that color.

  • Distress Ink - faded jeans & vintage photo
  • Stampin Up Ink - green galore
  • DCWV Stack - All Dolled Up
  • Color Bok glitter chipboard alphas
  • Recollections dimensional flower

I Was Made Just For You

This card was made for my husband for our anniversary. It was super easy and I think I was made just for him! :)
Happy anniversary baby I love you!

  • Cricut Imagine - Kate's Kitchen
  • Distress Ink - Old Paper
  • Papertrey Ink - Craft Cardstock

We Will Never Forget

I will never for September 11, 2001. It was one of the saddest days in America. Still to this day I get teary and mad all at the same time. Although living on the West Coast I only seen the devastation on the television I was really saddened that anyone could ever do such a thing. Such a sad day for so many who have lost a loved one or knew someone who lost a loved one. So many children without a parent because someone so evil could do something like this. So many innocent lives lost.

I want to thank all of the men and woman who gave their life for our freedom. Those who are still fighting to keep this country free, I thank you for everything you do to protect our country.

I dusted off my Imagine and thought I would put together a cute card. I think that anyone who doesn't have allot of time to put projects together then they should get an Imagine because it takes the guessing out of it. I love the colors and the images are awesome.

  • Cricut Imagine - Better Together
  • Papertrey Ink - Craft Cardstock
  • Yellow Polka Dot Ribbon from Scrapbook Steals
