Good morning. Today I am showing you a card I made for the PKS color challenge. For some reason I have really been feeling flowers. So I wanted to try using my MCT Scallop & Stitched Circle dies to make some cute ones with the PKS faces on them. Since this was a color challenge I found that the DCWV Cotton Bloom stack had all the colors for this challenge so I decided to use this stack.
This is an A2 card so I cut the yellow paper just slightly smaller then the card and the red color is 5x4 inches so that you could see the pretty yellow a little more. I used my Martha Stewart scallop punch on the green and then just cut it down just a little until I liked the way it all looked behind the flower faces. I then used my Cuttle bug to cut out the flowers, inked the edges using Distress Ink in Tea Dye, used some pop dots on the flowers and then some glossy accents on the eyes. The sentiment is from Teresa Collins card sentiments that I inked up using tea dye again.
I am entering this card at the color challenge over at Peachy Keen Stamps
