Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog - Challenge # 162

Hello there. Here is the Memorial Day project I made for the Fantabulous Cricut Challenge Blog Challenge 162.  I decided I would make a wreath for this challenge. I bought a 12 inch wreath from Michael's then cut out the stars using the George & Basic Shapes cartridge. I used some atg to stick them randomly on the wreath. I then used some white glossy accents for the little wooden stars that I then attached to the blue stars with pop dots.  I used some ribbon from my stash and glued that to the top with some hot glue.  Then I cut the "USA" from the Stand & Salute cartridge.

I think this might hang on my door all year round.

Materials:
  • Cricut - George & Basic Shapes and Stand & Salute
  • Bazzil - red, white, and blue paper
  • wooden stars
  • Glossy Accents - white
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you will check out this weeks challenge at FCCB here.

Live Laugh Love Tag

Hello there. Thanks for stopping by today. Here is a tag that I made using some pretty paper from My Mind's Eye. I used the Love You A Latte Cricut cartridge for the cute little coffee. I used some cute little brads but I am not sure what company they are from.  I used some glossy accents to give the liquid a little wet look.  I stamped the sentiment using My Creative Time  Just Simply Live Stamp set and dies.  The crinkle ribbon is from Little Scrap Pieces and I used some Lawn Fawn hemp twine to make a bow.  (Sorry for the terrible pictures)

I am entering this in the challenge at Cut It Up, My Craft Spot, Paper Playtime, and Fetch A Sketch.

Fantabulous Cricut Challenge #160 - Congratulations Graduate

Good morning and thanks for stopping by today. Here is the graduation layout that I made. I think after I get a picture in it I am going to put it in a frame and give it as a gift to a friends daughter who is graduating. The paper is from Heidi Swapp Sugar Chic. I used my Cricut to cut out the numbers, sentiment, cap and diploma. I like that it is "out of the box" colors. I like how girlie it is. Super simple layout. I hope she likes it.

I did add some jewels just to give it a little bling. Super simple and easy to do.

Materials:
  • Cricut - A Child's Year, Happy Graduation, Disney Hannah Montana, Wild Card
  • Heidi Swapp - Sugar Chic paper
  • DCWV - Street Lace cardstock stack
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you enjoyed my girlie graduation layout.  Please check out the challenge over at FCCB here
